As a Tenant Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a leading role in championing our purpose of empowering people to live their best life by:

  • Connecting people with their future homes: This role is all about matching the right person with the right home and ensuring our SDA homes are always tenanted.
  • Offering Expert Guidance: Provide comprehensive support to individuals seeking and exploring SDA options.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate a smooth transition for new tenants moving into their new homes.
  • Superior Customer Service: Deliver ongoing tenancy support and ensure a positive experience throughout the tenancy.
  • Collaboration is Key: Work closely with SIL providers, Developers, Landlords, Marketing, Property Managers, and other members of the Nesti team to create successful tenancies.

About you:

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience working in the disability or community sector.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of the disability services sector and a strong understanding of the complexities associated with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to build meaningful connections and collaborate effectively with people with disability and a diverse range of stakeholders, consistently delivering high-level customer service.
  • You’re a motivated and collaborative communicator who thrives on connecting people with the right SDA homes, guiding them through the process, and ensuring smooth transitions into their tenancies.

Other Employment Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
