Description:

About The Role

You will play a vital role in helping residents maintain their homes and live more independently. Through early intervention, person-centred planning, and cross-sector collaboration, you'll help prevent homelessness and build pathways to recovery.

This role is ideal for someone who natural connector, a calm presence in complexity, and passionate about social impact

  • Deliver leading tenancy sustainment solutions with a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach
  • Support up to 25 residents through person-centred support plans and collaborative engagement
  • Identify tenancy risks and work proactively with Housing Officers to prevent tenancy breakdown
  • Work alongside mental health specialists, NDIS providers, and community agencies
  • Champion best practices, lead service improvements, and contribute to program evaluation
  • Be a trusted advisor to internal teams, sector partners, and support networks


About The Team

The Customer Services division is central to delivering responsive, resident-focused services that foster safe, inclusive, and supportive housing communities. We design and implement housing services that prioritise resident wellbeing, accessibility, and satisfaction, utilising customer insights to inform continuous improvement. It ensures residents receive personalised support aligned with their diverse needs, enhancing quality of life and community connection.

Skills and Experiences:

About You

You will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in community services, social work, or mental health
  • Proven experience in case management or tenancy support for people with complex needs
  • Ability to manage conflict, navigate challenging behaviours, and build trusted relationships
  • Knowledge in areas such as mental health, AOD, trauma, disability, ageing, or cultural safety
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
