Terra Verde is seeking an experienced Methods and Temporary Works Engineer to join our Technical team in Melbourne. You will develop and coordinate temporary works and construction methodologies across tunnelling and civil works.

The role requires 3+ years in civil/structural engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and BIM applications, and strong communication with multidisciplinary teams. Join Victoria's largest infrastructure project to deliver safe, efficient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of civil/structural engineering experience, ideally in tunnelling.
• Experience with temporary works, structural design or construction methodologies.
• Experience with steel/concrete structures, foundations, piling, formwork or excavation support.
• Proficiency in drawing, calculations and design documentation interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review temporary works design briefs and method statements.
• Coordinate temporary works solutions, staging, and site logistics.
• Support tunnelling and TBM-related construction methodologies.
• Review designs and technical submissions from external consultants.
• Maintain Temporary Works Register and risk assessments.
• Provide engineering support during installation and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety-in-design.
