The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is seeking a Senior IT Change Officer in Parramatta. The role is a temporary full-time position to 30 June 2028, offering hybrid work arrangements and salary between 133,348 and 146,945 AUD plus super.

You will lead people-focused change in a technology environment, turning strategy into practical communications, engagement and capability-building activities across the organisation.

• Translate complex information into accessible communications for varied audiences.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve change and engagement approaches.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change, communications and capability-building activities.
