Hermès Australia is seeking a temporary Merchandising Analyst to support the Head Office Merchandising Team. You will analyze sales and stock, forecast reorderable lines, and manage client orders from boutiques, ensuring timely actions and excellent client experience.

The role requires strong data skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stores and departments. This 6-month fixed-term contract is based in Sydney with strong backing from the

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience as a Planning or Merchandise Assistant is favourable.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Able to work collaboratively within the Merchandise Team and other departments.

Mansioni

• Consolidate, publish and monitor Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Periodic Sales Evolution reports by Métier.
• Prepare and manage cyclical and ad hoc reporting of Sales and Stock performance by Métier.
• Provide analysis and reporting on aged stock performance and drive actions to optimize stock investment.
• Coordinate and manage daily client orders and queries from boutiques and resolve them promptly.
• Assist with stock forecasting for reorderable lines/categories and manage ordering process.
• Support pricing management, reporting and template preparations for key moments.
