Job summary

Hermès Australia is seeking a temporary, six-month Merchandising Support Analyst to assist the Merchandising Team in analysis, control and optimization of merchandise deployment. This role acts as a commercial liaison between the head office and boutiques.

Key duties include sales and stock reporting, client order coordination, stock forecasting, and assisting with pricing and monthly sales incentives. The successful candidate will have strong numeracy, excellent interpersonal skills and

Qualifications

• Strong interest in merchandise and trends.
• Analytical mindset with numeracy emphasis.
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, fashion, merchandising or related field.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Proficient in Excel and quickly learning new reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Stock reporting, consolidating reports and publishing periodic updates.
• Coordinate daily client orders from boutiques and manage the order process.
• Assist in stock forecasting and stock portfolio management.
• Support pricing management, reporting and template preparations for key periods.
• Address daily merchandise queries and assist in solving store issues.
• Contribute to monthly sales incentive calculations.
