About the Role

• Conducting routine inspections and preparing ingoing condition reports
• Coordinating and attending open homes, private inspections, and tenant viewings
• Responding to rental enquiries and delivering outstanding service to prospective tenants
• Assisting with tenancy applications and lease signings
• Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day operations

About You

• Minimum 6 months\' experience required
• Strong attention to detail, especially when completing inspections and reports
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
