Job summary

Auto & General is seeking a Knowledge Management / Technical Writing professional to maintain the integrity of the C&A knowledge base and support regulatory compliance. The role involves collaboration across the division, change management, and continuous improvement.

Based in North Lakes or Kawana, the position offers flexible working up to 2 days WFH per week and a 12-month maternity cover. Candidates should bring strong writing skills and experience in producing clear, compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce and review process and procedure documentation to a high standard.
• Clear, concise and actionable content creation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain C&A knowledge assets, updating workflows, processes and procedures.
• Champion knowledge changes across the division and engage stakeholders.
• Apply governance standards to knowledge assets and ensure formatting compliance.
• Identify risks and promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Analyse usage data to identify opportunities for improvement of the knowledge base.
• Disseminate and analyse knowledge metrics to inform planning and enhancement.
• Contribute to Knowledge Management Accreditation and coach others on best practices.
