Be Recruitment Group is seeking a hungry, commercially minded recruiter to own a rapidly growing national temp desk in the community and healthcare sector. Based from the Ashfield office with hybrid working, you will recruit temporary nursing staff for clients across Australia on a true 360 desk with existing accounts and live demand.

We offer a high base salary plus commission, a commission guarantee for your first quarter, and a national desk with significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• Recruitment agency experience, preferably temp/contract.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills.
• Commercial and business development mindset.
• Confidence to build relationships with senior clients.
• Energy, resilience and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Hunger to build a large, successful desk.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviewing and placement.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain a high-velocity desk, matching candidates to roles quickly.
• Balance priorities across multiple vacancies and locations.
• Contribute to a high-growth regional and national recruitment desk.
