  • WA Certificate of Registration mandatory for residential management roles.
  • Proficiency in one or more property management software packages.

About You

  • MINIMUM6-12 months' Real Estate or Property experience(residential/retail/commercial) - due to the nature of contracting, candidates must have some experience within the Real Estate or Property industry - aside from Reception or Admin roles - as these are not entry level roles
  • WA Certificate of Registration is a must for residential property management roles
  • Reliable car and drivers' license (if specified)
  • Proficient in one or more software packages – Property Me, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Inspect Real Estate, MRI, Cirrus8 etc.
  • Motivated, flexible with excellent communication skills + presentation
  • Reliable and punctual
