The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll join a high-performing remote team, making outbound sales calls to warm leads. This is a B2C sales role focused on results – you’ll be closing over the phone and processing payments or offering finance options depending on customer preference.
Duties Include:
  • Engaging with customers over the phone to build rapport and qualify needs
  • Providing product information with confidence and accuracy
  • Closing warm leads effectively and professionally
  • Taking payments or completing finance applications
  • Following up on leads that require further nurturing
  • Generating referrals and repeat business
  • Updating the CRM system and maintaining accurate digital records
  • Actively contributing to a collaborative and supportive remote team
Applicant Requirements:
We’re looking for a seasoned telesales professional who thrives in a KPI-driven environment and is proven to deliver results working from home. You must be based in Australia and able to hit the ground running.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales (B2C), ideally in a similar product line
  • Confident closer, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong tech skills – able to navigate CRM and digital tools independently (experience with Zoho is a bonus)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused
  • Experience in selling furniture, bedding, medical equipment or similar consumer products will be highly regarded
