Job summary

Superloop is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of business customer projects. You will manage scope, timelines, resources, and risks while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication with clients and stakeholders, leveraging a solid IT/telecom background, and implementing PMO best practices. A hybrid work model with three days in the office is available.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience in IT or telecommunications.
• Experience implementing PMO standards and procedures.
• Solid technical background with networking/systems knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, IT or engineering.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Plan resource availability and allocation according to pipeline and backlog.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Translate scope into tasks and assign them.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedule, or costs to management.
• Manage client/stakeholder relationships and report risks or issues.
• Maintain project documentation and onboarding activities for managed services.
