Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Sydney seeks a seasoned Service Assurance Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic direction, transformation, and modernization of Service Assurance and OSS within a large telecommunications environment. You will define enterprise-wide architectures enabling operational excellence, proactive service management, and AI-driven operations.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, OSS, Service Assurance, Network Operations, or Enterprise Architecture environments.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale OSS transformation programs.
Experience with Tier-1 telecommunications providers and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and govern the target-state enterprise architecture across Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, Network Inventory, CMDB, Observability, and OSS ecosystems.
Create and maintain architecture blueprints, capability maps, reference architectures, standards, and technology roadmaps.
Drive architecture alignment across legacy, modern, and cloud-native platforms.
Lead architecture governance activities and evaluate emerging technologies for the OSS ecosystem.
