Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Technology Risk, Audit & Compliance Lead to drive ongoing governance, security and compliance across our technology landscape. You will lead risk management, develop risk frameworks and controls, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen governance and regulatory adherence.

You will identify risks, conduct control testing and remediation of audit findings, and champion continuous improvement across our risk and control environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk management, information security, IT auditing and compliance management.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
• Proven ability to prepare presentations and reports for executive and senior management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technology risk management across the organisation.
• Develop and enhance risk frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Identify and assess technology risks and conduct control testing and risk assessments.
• Oversee remediation of audit findings and control gaps.
• Work with stakeholders to strengthen governance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement of the technology risk and control environment.
