Job summary

South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) is seeking a proactive Technology Operations and Assurance Coordinator to oversee daily technology operations, supplier relationships and information security assurance. You will ensure a secure, reliable technology environment that supports frontline teams across South Western Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technology operations, IT service management, projects or supplier-delivered technology services.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, identity and access management, cyber security and business systems.
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills with ability to drive actions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day technology operations across internal stakeholders, MSPs and technology partners.
• Monitor technology risks, incidents and service performance; drive improvement actions.
• Support information security, business continuity and technology assurance activities including audits and remediation programs.
• Manage technology supplier relationships and hold providers to agreed service standards.
