Job summary

Aware Super invites recent graduates or final-year students to join a 12‑week Summer Internship Program in Web & MarTech Software Development. You will work on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from industry leaders in a hybrid Sydney or Melbourne setting.

Successful applicants will have a strong academic record (Credit Average GPA), full‑time availability during standard hours, and Australian work rights for the duration.

Qualifications

• Minimum Credit Average GPA required.
• Full‑time availability Monday–Friday 9am‑5pm for the entire 12‑week internship.
• Valid full‑time working rights in Australia for the duration.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment, including a minimum of two days per week in the office.
• Growth mindset and genuine curiosity to learn, develop new skills, and embrace new challenges.

What you'll do:

If you're a recent graduate (in the last 6 months) or a student in their final year of university eager to launch your career in technology web development or software (MarTech) development, we want to hear from you!

During the program, you'll gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced technology professionals, contributing to real projects and solving real business challenges.

• Start Date: Monday 23rd November 2026
• End Date: Friday 12th February 2027
• Locations: Sydney or Melbourne
• Holiday Break: Office closed from COB 23rd December, reopening Thursday 7th January 2027
