Mizzen Search is partnering with a leading national law firm to expand its Technology & Digital Solutions group in Australia. We seek a pragmatic, forward-thinking lawyer to join a collaborative and supportive practice.

You will advise major commercial and government clients on digital transformations, draft and negotiate complex technology contracts, and guide procurement cycles while advising on the commercialisation of IP and digital assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in front-end technology or commercial legal work.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements.
• Guiding clients through procurement cycles and advising on commercialisation of IP and digital assets.
• Developing know-how in data governance, privacy compliance and cyber-risk management; translating client needs into practical legal advice.
