Job summary

Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a Technology Business Analyst to own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle across technology projects. The role bridges business operations and technology delivery: translating stakeholder needs into structured, traceable requirements and ensuring that implemented solutions are fit for purpose, sustainable, and adoptable by operational teams.

Qualifications

Experience with full software lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation support.
Experience implementing technology infrastructure solutions end-to-end.
Minimum 5 years delivering technology solutions in complex projects; mining/resources experience valued.
Led requirements definition with diverse stakeholders from exec sponsors to end users.
Experience producing requirements specs and design inputs for development.
Proficient in modelling business processes using standard techniques.
Experience creating and executing structured test plans and managing defects.
Support for organizational change related to technology implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead BA activities across technology projects from requirements to implementation.
Engage stakeholders via workshops to define clear business, functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyse processes and data to identify opportunities, risks, gaps and improvements.
Develop current and future-state processes to support technology solutions.
Assess proposed solutions for impact, feasibility and alignment with requirements.
Maintain accurate requirements, process maps and BA documentation.
Collaborate with technology teams, vendors and stakeholders through design, development and testing.
Review vendor deliverables against requirements and manage changes.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and communicate decisions and trade-offs.
Support transition of solutions into business and support teams with training and handover.
