Join ElectraNet at a pivotal time as we continue to support South Australia’s clean energy future. As a Technology Asset Management Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, governance and visibility of ElectraNet’s technology assets across their lifecycle.
Working across IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and Configuration Management (CMDB), you'll help drive operational excellence, strengthen compliance and audit readiness, reduce risk, and provide valuable insights that support informed technology decisions.
This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide practices, work with modern platforms such as ServiceNow, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that deliver tangible business value.
You are a detail-oriented technology professional with experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management or Configuration Management. You enjoy working with data, systems and stakeholders to improve processes and drive better business outcomes.
With strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset, you're comfortable investigating data quality issues, influencing stakeholders and building accountability across technical and business teams.
Ideally, you'll bring hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and a solid understanding of governance, compliance and lifecycle management practices in a complex technology environment.
