Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between project and support teams using techno-functional expertise.
• Drive end-to-end implementation from business requirements to production deployment.
• Assess change requests feasibility and deliver optimal client solutions with timelines.
• Provide solution support across architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Translate functional and technical designs into ERP configurations.
• Customize, localize, or integrate ERP components through coding and testing.
• Deliver business process implementations within the ERP platform.
• Develop automation tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Support on-site and off-site teams with necessary change details.
