We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Heavy Vehicle Technician looking to join our amazing Service Department at Prestige Truck Centre in Dandenong South.

You will be provided with the best training and support available to keep you up to date and ensure that you are a specialist in every aspect of your role. Ideally, applicants should possess good mechanical skills, have a sound knowledge of the automotive industry and possess a current driver's license.

We offer an attractive salary, factory training as well as a clean, safe, well-equipped workshop with a friendly team atmosphere. Dedicated management support is also provided. Our dealership prides itself on customer service and cultivating a productive and positive work environment.

About the role:
  • Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining medium/heavy vehicles
  • Maintaining high level of written skills for job cards with relevant information
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work area
  • Recording job cards accurately
  • Carry out correct warranty repair procedures
Requirements:
  • A valid heavy vehicle driver’s license (not essential)
  • Ability to fault diagnosis and repairs unsupervised
  • Ability to comply with OH&S procedures
  • Team attitude and ability to problem solve
