Job summary

Lycopodium Limited in Perth is seeking a Technical Writer (HSE) to join our growing HSE team. You will review, update and maintain safety management system documentation, procedures and compliance materials under the guidance of the Group HSE Manager.

You will engage with operational and technical stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with WA mining legislation, aiming to strengthen safety outcomes across large mining projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical writing experience within mining, resources, heavy industry or similar environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining procedures, standards, management systems or compliance documentation.
• Strong written communication and document control skills.
• The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders across operational and technical teams.
• Experience working within HSE management systems.
• Knowledge of Western Australian mining legislation.
• Familiarity with Mine Safety Management Systems.
• Experience developing safety management plans, risk controls and compliance documentation.

Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Technical Writer (HSE) to join our growing HSE team in Perth.

Reporting to the Group HSE Manager, the Technical Writer (HSE) will work closely with operational, technical and safety stakeholders, and will be responsible for reviewing, updating and maintaining safety management system documentation, procedures, standards and associated compliance documentation.

The tasks you'll perform

• Review and update Safety Management System documentation
