NTT in Canberra is seeking a Technical Writer to support a major project with a focus on developing, reviewing, and maintaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation, SOPs, and other project artefacts.

You will collaborate with project engineers, logisticians, and operations staff to ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with requirements, while supporting governance papers and technical reports across the lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with project, engineering, logistics, and operational stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
• Ensure documentation complies with project and quality management requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of governance papers, reports, presentations, and other project documentation as required.
• Provide documentation support across all project workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.

As the Technical Writer, you will provide documentation support across a major project, with a primary focus on developing, reviewing, and maintaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other project artefacts. This includes supporting the development and maintenance of ISER/PED integration documentation, ensuring documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project, engineering, and sustainment requirements.

You will provide broader project support across the full project lifecycle and will not be limited to ILS activities. This may include supporting governance documentation, technical reports, project plans, training materials, procedures, and other project deliverables as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain ILS documentation and associated support artefacts.
• Engage with project, engineering, logistics, and operational stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
• Ensure documentation complies with project and quality management requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of governance papers, reports, presentations, and other project documentation as required.
