Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd in Western Australia’s Kwinana Refinery is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop, deliver and continuously improve fixed plant training programs for Process and Despatch Operators. As Technical Trainer, you will develop, deliver, and continuously improve fixed plant training programs at our Kwinana Refinery.
Working closely with Operations and Technical teams, you'll provide training, coaching, and competency assessments that ensure employees can safely and effectively operate refinery equipment and systems.
You’ll play a key role in building workforce capability, supporting operational readiness, and maintaining competency standards across the site.
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Kwinana Refinery, working Monday to Friday.
