Job summary

Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking an EL1 Technical Team Lead to guide sustainment and modernisation of critical intelligence systems in a security sensitive environment. You will lead a small ICT team, set technical direction, and ensure delivery of reliable, secure solutions across production and project work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering and sustaining enterprise ICT systems in secured environments.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery, including incident/problem resolution and changes.
• Experience providing technical input to governance papers and briefings for senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and advice on sustainment and modernisation of complex intelligence systems.
• Balance delivery, risk, security and stability across production support and upgrades.
• Build relationships with business, delivery partners and vendors; translate complex issues into clear options.
• Apply deep technical analysis to diagnose issues and design sustainable, compliant solutions.
• Lead a small ICT team delivering ITIL services across specialist applications.
