Qualifications
- Australian citizenship with a Defence security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Technical vocational qualification/certificate in related discipline.
- Experience in technical/engineering roles relevant to Defence.
- Understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) processes.
- Previous Defence industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering guidance to the IIS team.
- Plan and oversee production of IIS articles and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and Defence standards across the lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop the team; foster continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Defence partners to deliver solutions.
