Job summary

Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission in Melbourne seeks a Technical Surveillance Officer to apply contemporary technical expertise and support complex investigations through deployment and operation of specialist surveillance capabilities. You will plan, deploy and operate these capabilities, developing operational plans that meet investigative requirements and comply with laws and policies.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with IoT, RF, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Qualifications

• Experience with Internet of Things, internet protocols, audio, RF, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth technologies.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgement and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience in convert methods of entry is highly desirable.

• Develop fit-for-purpose operational plans and strategies that meet investigative requirements, legislation, policies and procedures.

What you need

• Demonstrated experience with technologies such as the Internet of Things, internet protocols, audio, radio frequency, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgement and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
