Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a pragmatic and collaborative application support professional to join a high performing team in Burwood, Melbourne. You will work across Level 1 and Level 2 support, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to service improvements.

You'll diagnose root causes, influence stakeholders, and translate technical issues into business outcomes while ensuring systems run smoothly. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and is based in Burwood.

In this role, you'll:

• Join a high performing team to deliver application support services, Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, coordinate vendor and stakeholder engagement, contribute to application enhancements and testing activities, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Your technical acumen, customer focus, and problem-solving capability, gained across application support, IT operations, service management, or enterprise technology environments, will see you excel in diagnosing root causes, navigating competing priorities, and delivering effective solutions

This is a temporary opportunity until 31/12/2027 based in Burwood. Hyrbid working arrangements are available in line with the TfNSW Workplace presence policy.
