A leading Australian gold and copper producer is seeking an IT Technical Support Officer to join their team in Subiaco. This full-time role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, providing 1st and 2nd level support, and managing IT projects. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of technical support experience, strong desktop skills, and excellent communication abilities. A current driver’s license and knowledge of the mining industry are desirable.

About the Role
Reporting into our Infrastructure Manager we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to assist with delivering effective and efficient IT services to our team. This role will also focus upon efficient customer focused resolution for IT issues in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment.
Please note: This role is predominately located in our Subiaco office on a full-time basis with adhoc visits to site as required.
