About the Company
This established, Australian-owned business is a trusted provider of customised pumping and fluid management solutions across the mining, municipal, and industrial sectors. Based in a purpose-built facility in Tomago. Delivering high-performance, site-specific systems backed by strong technical expertise and reliable service.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Technical Sales Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Newcastle and QLD boarder. You’ll be the key point of contact for mine sites, councils, and industrial operations, providing tailored solutions backed by a technically capable and service-oriented team.

This is a field-based role typically involving 4–5 days on the road per week. Monthly travel a week with travel expenses fully covered, and a fully maintained company vehicle is provided. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commissions on top of your base salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client relationships across designated territories
  • Conduct on-site assessments to provide customised technical solutions
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and tenders
  • Work closely with internal service and engineering teams to ensure project success
  • Drive sales growth through proactive business development and account management
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in technical sales (ideally pumps, water treatment, or mining-related equipment)
  • Knowledge of industrial fluid systems and pumping applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel monthly and work independently in the field
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Current driver's license (mandatory)
