Overview

BR International is seeking an experienced South American Technical Sales Representative to join our Sydney office. This role is responsible for route development and expansion of business within designated country pairs, primarily selling logistics solutions including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and value-added services to regional and global accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing long-term strategic relationships, managing solution sales processes with high autonomy, and liaising between sales and product teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute route plans to identify opportunities and expand business with new and existing accounts
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations
  • Quote, negotiate, and finalize pricing, contracts, and credit terms
  • Coordinate logistics solutions including air, sea, and customs services
  • Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and provide market insights to management
  • Collaborate with regional staff and provide guidance to country representatives
  • Assist in product and service development to meet client and route-specific needs
  • Travel domestically and internationally (up to 60%) as required to support South American and Australian markets
Qualifications and Requirements
