Job summary

Rhino-Rack in Sydney is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to ensure accurate product data, documentation and CAD outputs across the business. You will own master data, BOMs, weights and dimensions, and support engineering changes. You will work with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to answer queries and prepare technical data packs, driving improvements in data structures and processes using SolidWorks and Arena PLM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product engineering, drafting or technical support.
• Experience with BOMs, revisions and data management.
• Strong CAD experience and drawing creation.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and ERP data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product master data (BOMs, weights, dimensions, finishes).
• Perform final data quality checks before release to stakeholders.
• Coordinate ECO workflows, tracking changes and updating related data.
• Support CAD updates for line extensions and packaging changes.
• Prepare technical outputs (dimensioned drawings, STEP/IGES, fitting artwork).
• Provide technical product knowledge to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Respond to OEM/B2B data packs and specification sheets.
• Identify improvements to data structures and processes.
