Job summary

Randstad Digital Australia is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Investments) in Melbourne CBD to define and execute a 12-month delivery roadmap across cloud, data, and reporting platforms. You will bridge investment data, systems, and enterprise tech in a fast-evolving environment, coordinating concurrent projects and releases.

The role requires delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management, familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Atlassian tools, and a PM certification.

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Experience with risk assessment and proactive risk resolution.
Vendor oversight and governance experience.
Excellent communication across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver project scopes with clear work streams and plans.
Manage a 12‑month delivery roadmap with regular six‑weekly releases.
Establish governance, stage gating, ticket hygiene, and status reporting.
Collaborate with Change Partners to craft change management and comms strategies.
Monitor budgets and ensure UAT criteria are met for quality release.
Lead project teams and manage external vendors and consultants.
