Optiver in Australia is seeking an experienced Trader with a technical focus to join the team and improve trading strategies across APAC. You will be responsible for building and optimising our trading spots, focusing on options across the APAC region.

Engage with research, quants, developers and strategy colleagues to implement improvements and drive the business forward. The role emphasizes collaboration, risk awareness, and a drive to continuously enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in options trading or market-making environments.
• Strong understanding of trading risk and controls.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise our options trading spots across APAC.
