Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Technical Operations Lead to own operational stability, release readiness, and governance for our Assure platform and related insurance technology services. You’ll bridge delivery, engineering, testing, infrastructure, security and service operations, ensuring changes land safely and regulatory requirements are baked in.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage high-risk production decisions, and translate technical issues into business impact while collaborating

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in technology, engineering, service management or delivery.
• Significant experience leading complex application delivery or technology operations.
• ITIL, DevOps, cloud, security or project management certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own operational stability and release readiness of the Assure platform.
• Govern changes to production with risk-aware decision making.
• Coordinate between delivery, engineering, testing, infrastructure, security and operations.

We're looking for a Technical Operations Lead to own the operational stability, release readiness and technical governance of our Assure platform and associated insurance technology services. You'll be the connective tissue between delivery, engineering, testing, infrastructure, security and service operations — making sure changes land safely, production risks are actively managed, and regulatory requirements are baked into everything we do.

What you'll bring

• Strong background in software delivery lifecycle, production acceptance and release governance
• Hands-on experience with release, change, incident and problem management
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud and enterprise application operations
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Sound judgement in high-risk operational and release decisions
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear business impact
• Experience with Jira or equivalent delivery tooling

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in technology, engineering, service management or delivery
• Significant experience leading complex application delivery or technology operations
• ITIL, DevOps, cloud, security or project management certification (preferred)
• Experience in enterprise insurance, regulated environments or mission-critical platforms (highly regarded)
