Qualifications

• 10+ years in civil engineering roles.
• Experience delivering complex civil projects.
• Strong background in civil design/land development/infrastructure.
• Experience guiding and reviewing work of engineers/designers.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant civil engineering projects from start to finish.
• Provide technical direction and review designs.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members.
• Mentor engineers and designers to develop their skills.
• Engage with clients to translate needs into practical designs.
