Zurich Insurance Group in Australia is seeking a Technical Lead for Retail Life to shape the future of AI-led insurance. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across engineering, product and design, in a cloud-native environment, guiding delivery and evaluating architecture to drive customer outcomes and business performance.

This senior role emphasizes DevSecOps, automation, and modern engineering practices, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days from home) for full-time

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams and driving technical delivery outcomes.
• Strong hands-on software development experience across modern technology stacks.
• Experience delivering large and complex transformation or migration initiatives.
• Expertise with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD automation and production-grade platforms.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development approaches and delivering outcomes through modern engineering practices.
