CMC Markets is seeking a Technical Document Writer to translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation that supports developers, project teams and business stakeholders. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and subject matter experts across the organisation.

You will create and maintain documentation for technology projects and operational processes, ensuring standards, accessibility and accuracy while helping teams deliver better outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical or project documentation in a technology environment.
• The ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• The ability to structure and organise information logically.
• A proactive mindset and strong time management skills.
• Experience working within technology, financial services, or project environments will be highly regarded.

In this role, your work will help teams understand complex systems and deliver projects with clarity. As a Technical Document Writer at CMC Markets, you will translate technical information into clear, structured documentation that supports developers, project teams and business stakeholders. Your work will directly support the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the organisation. When teams understand systems, processes and requirements clearly, they can deliver better outcomes for our clients. The documentation you produce will become a trusted resource used across projects and operational teams. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and subject matter experts across the business. This exposure gives you the opportunity to deepen your understanding of financial technology, large-scale systems and enterprise projects.
