A leading energy company based in Australia is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective learning strategies, deliver engaging training solutions, and collaborate with HR to enhance organizational effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.
Reporting to the Technical Development Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, both e-learning and trainer-led sessions.
Performance Improvement: Applies a systematic process for analyzing human performance gaps and for closing them.
Instructional Design: Designs and develops informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods.
Training Delivery: Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
Evaluation of Learning Impact: Uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions.
Business Management using Global Mindset: Uses concepts, principles, and tools in working with stakeholders in improving organizational effectiveness.
Administrative Expert: Ability to understand and implement policies, procedures, and processes that relate to the division plans.
