Job description

Reporting to the Technical Development Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, both e-learning and trainer-led sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Improvement: Applies a systematic process for analyzing human performance gaps and for closing them.

  • Instructional Design: Designs and develops informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods.

  • Training Delivery: Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.

  • Evaluation of Learning Impact: Uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions.

  • Business Management using Global Mindset: Uses concepts, principles, and tools in working with stakeholders in improving organizational effectiveness.

  • Administrative Expert: Ability to understand and implement policies, procedures, and processes that relate to the division plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to build strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business and seek out diverse, innovative learning solutions.
  • Must be adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Must have the ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Must have the proficiency with designing learning content and implementing effective training and development.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
