Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions across complex enterprise environments in Parramatta. You will gather requirements, model data and processes, assess integrations and APIs, and work with architects, developers, testers, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

This is a fixed-term full-time contract until 30/06/2027, based in NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process/data modelling (BPMN/UML).
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, enterprise applications, and cloud/on‑premises environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

In this role, you'll:

Bridge business needs and technology solutions across complex enterprise environments. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to analyse business processes, document requirements, model data and integrations, and support the successful delivery of technology initiatives.
