Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in a business analysis role with data, digital infrastructure, or complex transformation projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps; familiarity with Visio and Lucidchart.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of business requirements through project stages, including investigation, analysis, documentation and traceability.
• Facilitate scoping activities and prioritize changes with senior stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering across a multi-agency emergency sector ecosystem (CFA, FRV, VICSES, Triple Zero Victoria).
• Drive project planning, coordination and delivery activities.
