Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to work in our Brisbane office advising an existing base of diverse client accounts across various industries and locations. You will own the IT trusted advisor relationship with your clients. You will need to understand your client’s business and, with the support of our engineering team, advise them on technology strategy and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain working relationships with your client base through regular visits, phone calls and email
• Propose solutions to maximise business benefit from technology
• Prepare proposals, including working with our procurement team
• Further develop the Sentrian business as required

The Person

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the IT industry and may have an engineering background. You will be familiar with a broad range of technology solutions but it is essential to have experience with Microsoft 365. Most important is your attitude and ability to build relationships to service your clients!
