Job summary

QIC seeks an Analyst to understand how the world is changing, partnering with ambitious founders and identifying high-potential companies before they’re obvious. You will evaluate emerging technologies, assess investment opportunities and support the investment lifecycle from market research to due diligence and portfolio support.

Qualifications

• Experience in venture capital or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Exposure to technology and startups welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support investment opportunities through sourcing, market analysis, commercial diligence, financial assessment and execution.
• Conduct research on markets, technologies, companies and investment themes to develop insights.
• Prepare Investment Committee materials and risk assessments.
• Participate in meetings with founders, venture capital investors and portfolio companies.
• Support portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives across a range of venture-backed companies.
• Contribute to development of AI-enabled tools, workflows and knowledge platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships across the tech ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes across the QIC Ventures platform.
• Contribute to the operating rhythm of the team with reporting and portfolio reviews.
