Job summary

CommBank’s Technology Associate Program is designed to support individuals from non-traditional pathways entering the tech workforce for the first time, in Engineering, Data Science or Cybersecurity. It offers an earn-while-you-learn experience with long-term opportunities and dedicated coaching.

The program supports flexible rotations, personalised placement, and hybrid work across Australia, with multiple career pathways available to grow your skills and career.

Qualifications

• Non-traditional pathway: entry into tech via alternate education routes (TAFE, bootcamps, micro-credentials).
• Diploma-level qualifications from TAFE are acceptable for entry.
• Recent tech-related qualifications within 12 months are preferred.
