Job summary

Exclaim IT in Canberra is seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to deliver suitably qualified candidates for client roles and partner with our local team and support staff to hit team goals.

You will identify, screen and place IT professionals, manage applicant documentation, build a strong talent pool and contribute to KPI targets such as calls, leads and interviews, all while enjoying uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• ICT/tech-focused recruitment experience is essential.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills are required.
• Ability to perform in high-demand, fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Uncapped earnings through commissions, bonus and lead generation schemes.

Responsibilities

• Find and close candidates for roles identified by the sales team.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to optimise placement conversion.
• Gather leads on live roles from candidates and pass to Sales.
• Review applications and supporting documentation prior to submission.
• Assist with administrative duties in support of Exclaim IT.
• Develop a network and talent pool of IT candidates.
• Assess candidate availability, rate, skills, and fit for live roles.
• Screen candidates via calls/interviews and follow up.
• Meet KPIs: Calls Made, Leads Gathered, Candidates Interviewed, and Candidates Placed.
