Unearth Talent, a growing Indigenous and veteran-owned recruitment business, is expanding its Government-focused desks in Canberra with established panels and warm client relationships. This is a real opportunity to build your desk in the Canberra market, delivering end-to-end recruitment across federal and state government and private sector.

We’re seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant who will own a desk, develop strong candidate pipelines, lead negotiations, and contribute to tender

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Canberra market.
• Experience working in Government recruitment or labour hire.
• Outcomes focused.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a desk within the Government sector, building and developing strong client and candidate relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work across existing panel clients while also growing your own network and market presence.
