About the Role

You will play a vital part in leading Reece’s cyber and tech security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) function, supporting our staff to perform in their roles with the appropriate security oversight. You’ll be combining your security governance, risk management, and compliance experience with excellent stakeholder management skills to not only communicate and manage risk, but also be a key facilitator in ensuring the effective implementation of Reece’s overall cyber security program. Information Security is critical to our business and brand – you’ll take charge of maturing Reece’s governance, risk, and compliance practices, focusing on cybersecurity and technology risk across critical infrastructure business units. This is a high profile role that will contribute significantly to our risk aware culture and heightened security awareness across the business.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in a similar GRC role, where you have delivered on governance, risk and compliance objectives, including risk management and advisory
• Have a strong understanding of security governance frameworks (NIST CSF) and security standards (such as PCI DSS)
• Are a forward-looking person who leads in a way that models our values and culture of innovation, constant improvement, and high performance
• Are a confident and authentic storyteller, who actively seeks and shares information, encouraging collaboration
