Macquarie Bank Limited’s Banking and Financial Services Group is seeking a Technology and Regulatory Risk Lawyer in Sydney. You will deliver specialist legal advice on technology, AI, data, privacy and cyber risk and help manage regulatory interactions across the business.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 5 years’ technology and regulatory risk/compliance experience.
• Experience advising on technology legal and contractual risk, data and cyber security risk, privacy risk, prudential regulation, and AI regulatory compliance risk.

• Provide legal advice on technology, AI, data, privacy and cyber security risk.
