Job summary

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to partner with the Technology Leadership Team, delivering financial insight and planning across the Technology portfolio.

You will provide monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting support, translate complex data into actionable insights, and drive governance and process improvements across the finance and technology functions in Melbourne, Australia.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Five or more years’ relevant finance experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems; D365 and TM1 experience is advantageous.
• Experience in project accounting or technology business partnering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted commercial finance support to Technology leaders.
• Deliver monthly reporting, analysis and commentary on performance, CAPEX, cashflow and key financial measures.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, strategy and long-range planning.
• Prepare business case financials, track benefits and support post-implementation reviews.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate processes and strengthen financial governance.
• Partner across Finance and Technology to drive continuous improvement.
