Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Melbourne, Australia is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to partner with our Technology Leadership Team and drive informed decision‑making across the Asia Pacific region. You will provide financial insight, reporting and planning support for the Technology portfolio, collaborating with Finance and Technology teams to improve governance and forecasting.

Key responsibilities include monthly reporting, CAPEX analysis, budgeting, business case financials and stakeholder

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
Five or more years’ relevant finance experience.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and stakeholder-management skills.
Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience; D365 and TM1 experience is advantageous.
Experience in project accounting or technology business partnering is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide trusted commercial finance support to Technology leaders.
Deliver monthly reporting, analysis and commentary on performance, CAPEX, cashflow and key financial measures.
Support forecasting, budgeting, strategy and long-range planning.
Prepare business case financials, track benefits and support post-implementation reviews.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate processes and strengthen financial governance.
Partner across Finance and Technology to drive continuous improvement.
